Mindlessness

Perhaps a little cutting edge but consider this for a moment:
The mind is a muscle that should be trained to cut down on thinking. It’s more about mindlessness than it is about having a full mind. Our minds are already full enough! We create peaceful minds thru practicing yoga but food can also play an important role. How can we be mindless concerning our diets without losing consciousness. How can we stop thinking and start feeling? Our guts are all knowing! If you listen to your belly carefully you might hear what’s for dinner tonight.

PracticeTip:                                                                                               After returning home from a hard days work, lay down on your yoga mat and practice savasana. Emptying your mind and surrendering to the moment creates space for peaceful pleasure. And after these fifteen minutes of stillness you are ready to sit down at the kitchen table and feel what it is you’d like to eat. Flip through healthy cookbooks and get inspired. Or rely on your own creative mind. You will be able to let your ‘happy chef’ alter ego come out and whisk together a phenomenally exquisite meal.

Enjoy an fresh empty mind and a warm full stomach! :)
